Waste Management
What you avoided. Audited. In writing.
ENVIRONMENTAL GREEN GROUP - THE VERIFICATION PARTNER
Environmental Green Group closes the lifecycle and converts the year’s record into the Carbon Handprint Report, third-party verified, ISO 14067 and GHG Protocol aligned, ready for CSRD and OEM audit. The proof at the end of the line.
Disposal happens only when fluid is genuinely exhausted, after the first three pillars have extended its life as far as possible. Environmental Green Group then audits the lifecycle and converts it into a quantified, defensible carbon report. The number on the front page is the number that’s been signed off. Discover your Carbon Handprint with Environmental Green Group
Pulls sump-life data from Dexterous Digital. Calculates emissions avoided versus a baseline changeout frequency. Verified, not estimated.
Verifies regeneration volumes from Dexterous Restore & Reclaim and briquetting recovery from machining chips. Quantifies avoided virgin-material emissions.
ADR-certified hazardous collection, only when fluid is genuinely exhausted. Volume, classification and treatment chain documented end to end. Concentrated residue from KMU LOFT evaporators handled separately, recorded separately.
Aggregates a full year of lifecycle data into an ISO 14067 and GHG Protocol-aligned report. CSRD-ready. OEM-audit ready. The headline number, your headline number, independently verified.
The Carbon Handprint Report
This isn’t a compliance output. It’s a commercial document, the one you present when your OEM asks for evidence of what your supply chain has actually avoided.
Each report contains:
- Fluid lifecycle savings. Consumption and disposal versus your pre-Dexterous baseline.
- Sump life extension. Sump-duration logs versus industry-average changeout frequency.
- Waste diverted. Volume diverted from landfill and incineration, with Environmental Green Group transfer records to back it.
- Material recovery. Briquetting and regeneration volumes, in tonnes.
- Carbon handprint total. Full-year aggregate, ISO 14067 and GHG Protocol methodology.
- CSRD Scope 3 package. The evidence you need for supply-chain sustainability disclosure, in the format your finance team will accept.
- OEM audit evidence. Timestamped, third-party verified, formatted for Tier 1 aerospace and automotive audits.
FOOTPRINT VS. HANDPRINT
A footprint reports what your operation creates. A handprint reports what it prevents. We report both — and lead with the figure that demonstrates value to your customers and your auditors.
Footprint. The emissions created inside the bottle, measured on a linear consumption model. It's where most suppliers stop, reported internally, and limited to Scope 1 and 2.
Handprint. The emissions, fluid, biocide doses and changeouts your operation avoids by switching to the Dexterous lifecycle. Used in OEM audits and CSRD filings — Scope 3, third-party verified.
The handprint is the figure that travels into your sustainability report; the footprint is the one we work to shrink.
STANDARDS WE REPORT AGAINST
EU Green Deal. Supply-chain decarbonisation framework.
CSRD Article 8. Scope 3 supply-chain disclosure.
ISO 14001. Environmental management system.
ISO 14067. Product carbon footprint methodology.
Circular Economy Action Plan. Material recovery and reintegration.
REACH and CLP. Substance compliance for all handled materials.
ADR. Certified hazardous transport.
Without third-party verification, we reduce waste. With it, we prove it. That proof is what turns a service contract into a sustainability credential.
SEE YOUR CARBON HANDPRINT REPORT IN DRAFT
Send us 12 months of your current MWF data - fluid consumption, changeout frequency and disposal volumes. We'll model the Carbon Handprint figure your operation would generate under the Dexterous lifecycle, show you how that figure is built and which assumptions drive it, and walk you through the methodology step by step. You keep the draft — to take into your sustainability reporting and put in front of your OEM auditors.
